2018/07/07 リニューアルオープン。三代目が復活。
創業1973年の味が三代目によって復活しました！ |
中区立町にあるきよちゃんに夜行ってきました。
店内はカウンター5席のみ、先客はおらず奥の席へ座ります。
メニューは壁上部に貼られているので見上げるようにして考えます。
つけ麵も面白そうだがベタにラーメン（750円）にしました。現金支払いのみです
10分しないくらいで到着。
ビジュアルは広島の中華そばまんまですね。
食べてみると動物系醤油の王道でしたが、〆用に作られているのかあっさり完飲できました。
特に炙りチャーシューが良かったですね。チャーシューメンはアリかも
