広島市中区立町にある居酒屋「どんつき左」さんに行きました。
ミシュラン広島の掲載店でもあります。
隠れ家風のお店で、特に入り口にはサプライズがあって、デート利用だと盛り上がると思います。
（入り方を書いてしまうとサプライズが無くなってしまうので、あえて書かないでおきますね。ぜひご自分で楽しんでみてください！）
「笹組」さんの系列に特徴的な、手渡しの手毬寿司。
貝のお造り盛合せ
6種類くらいの貝が、ひと手間かけた色んなアプローチで提供されました。
サザエの壺焼き
出汁が利いていて、上品な壺焼きです。
貝の肝の佃煮。
これ、めっちゃ酒が進みます
ほうれん草のお浸し
こういう定番の品はホッとしますね～。
貝のポテトサラダ
ポテサラまで貝入りとは、さすが貝推しの店
マテ貝のバター醤油焼き
甲殻類はちょっと火を通しても、またおいしいですよね。
今回はアラカルトでの訪問だったのですが、人から聞いた話では事前予約でコースをお願いした方が満足度が高いそうです。
私も次回はコースにチャレンジしてみたいです。
