Came to Ramen shop on weekday nights. I've been so into the Jiro genre lately that it's hard. . As I was walking around Hatchobori, I started experiencing withdrawal symptoms, so I went to this nearby shop. The inside of the store is spacious, with a counter and tables. After purchasing a meal ticket and taking a seat, you will be asked to call first. This time, I ordered it without garlic, with Yasai Mashi, and with Abura Mashi. After about 5 minutes of waiting, the rice bowl arrived. Large pigs have a lot of fat. The bean sprouts were crunchy (the color was so white that it looked like it was half-baked?) The oil was brown in color, but it didn't have that much flavor. The soup is relatively light. If you eat it thinking it's Jiro style, it might not have enough impact. . Karame might be a must.
