After simmering the pork bone-based soup for a long time, we add the broth from the pork to create a soup that brings out even more flavor. We blend two types of miso and season it with sesame oil.The "Spicy" series also offers seasoned pork bone-based products. In addition, ``Tsukemen'' and `` Mazesoba (Soupless noodles)'' are also available. "Shin Ramen" can be made spicier.

Char siu pork is slowly simmered for a long period of time, then marinated in ``Yamatora's secret sauce.'' Its thickness and melty texture make it a satisfying meal. The vegetable topping is 200g per serving. If you order a large serving, we offer 400g at the same price! You can also add 200g for an additional 150 yen♪ Enjoy not only the visual impact but also the hearty feel of the filling.
