広島にきたから牡蠣たべたい！と思い、こちらのお店を予約しました！
⭐︎予約必須のお店です♪
オープンの時間に来店しましたが、続々と他のお客様がきて気付けば満席！
やっぱり人気店はちがいます^ ^
まずは自家製レモンサワー（600円）で乾杯。
とにかくこのサワーは、レモンの味が濃くておいしい！
昼間は市内を観光していてたくさん歩いた後だったので、身体に染み入ります、、^ ^
お料理は以下を注文しました。
①生牡蠣バケツ盛り（6個1200円）
もみじおろしとシソまでついていてうれしい！
最初はそのままいただきました♪
甘みがあってプリプリ、またあとからじゅわっとくる磯の風味がたまらないです。
ポン酢でさっぱりといただくのもおいしい！
これだけ入っててリーズナブルにいただけちゃうなんて幸せだ、、！
②とろーり温玉シーザーサラダ（650円）
さらな
③牡蠣オイル漬け（450円）
こちらもぷりぷり！牡蠣の旨みがぎゅぎゅと凝縮されていてお酒に合います^ ^
とびっこものっててプチプチ感もたのしい！
④焼き牡蠣
こちらもバラエティ豊富な味付けで、
どれもおいしいものばかり。
個人的にはトマトバジルがいままで食べたことのない組み合わせで気に入りましたっ♪
にんにくやお好み焼きなど、濃いめな味付けをしてるのに、牡蠣本来の旨みをしっかり楽しめるようにされてるのも嬉しかったです。
⑤ガンス（400円）
初ガンスでしたが美味いっ！の一言！
衣も厚くないしサクッサクッな食感がいい！おいしい
⑥牡蠣グラタン（800円）
こちらの牡蠣グラタンはすごい！なにがって
牡蠣がゴロゴロ入っていてクリームソースまでもがオイスターの風味がたくさん感じられて
最初から最後まで濃厚な味をたのしめます♪
おすすめっ！
何をたべてもすべておいしくて、こんなクオリティの高いお料理がリーズナブルにいただけるのはめちゃくちゃありがたいなぁと。
一緒に行った母も、
『こちらのお店にいきたいから、また広島いこうよー！』とすごく喜んでくれました。
人気店なので、スタッフの皆様すごく忙しいのに入店から退店まで、丁寧な接客をしてくださり感謝です^ ^
次回は牡蠣重もたべたいです。
