The carefully selected steamed Oyster are mainly produced locally in Etajima, Hiroshima Prefecture, and oysters from Murotsu, Hyogo Prefecture, which are plump and chewy and sweet. Steaming in a special steamer with a lid prevents water from escaping and locks in the deliciousness, resulting in a fresh and juicy finish. Also try the steamed egg served with the steamed Oyster. Also, please enjoy your meal with the ponzu sauce, salt, and three types of Tabasco (red, green, Hiroshima lemon and Kyushu green chili pepper "Remosco") provided on the table.
