出張時に訪問しました。
一番のお目当てはウニホーレン。
ウニが味も香りも濃厚で◎。
微かにウニ特有の臭さもあるものの、ほうれん草のバター炒めと食べると良い香りだけが残って美味しかったです。
升盛りは事前に見て期待していたものの、どれも正直そこまででした。タンパクで味も薄い印象で、ちょっと残念でした。
がんすは初めて食べましたが、練り物の食感に衣のサクサク感とジューシーさが加わり、とても好みの味でした。
煮穴子も期待していたものの、残念ながらイマイチでした…
身はやや固く、味もかなり淡白でした。
あとは、残念ながら大好きな生牡蠣がなく、仕方なく蒸し牡蠣を注文。美味しかったですが、食べると余計に生牡蠣が恋しくなりました 笑
どれも絶品というわけではないですが、いろんな広島名物を頂けるので楽しいお店でした。
