2023年1月下旬の休日の夕食時に利用。
この日は日中のスケジュール慌ただしく変わり夕食の時間が全く読めなかったため、夕食のお店を事前に検討することが出来ずに夕方になってようやく場所と時間帯がみえたので大急ぎで検索。
さすがに週末の夕食の時間帯ということもあって、美味しそうで評価の高いお店は軒並み満席。
そんな中でも宿泊エリアからアクセスがよく、海産物メニューもそこそこあり、更には個室がありそうなこちらのお店が運よく空いていたので予約を入れた。

＜お店の場所はどこ？＞
お店は路面電車の本通駅からであれば徒歩1分の立地。
本通駅を降り、目の前にあるアーケード街（広島本通商店街）を進み一つ目の信号のある交差点を右折する。
そして一つ目の信号のある十字路を過ぎたすぐ先右側にお店がある。
道路に面した部分が小さいお店なのでちょっと目立ちにくいが、お店の名前が書かれた大きな看板があるのでそれを目印にすれば見逃すことは無い。
＜混雑状況・店内の様子は？＞
この日は休日の20時前ということで店内はかなり混雑していた。
こちらの店は2Fと3Fが店舗になっており、階段を上がってお店に向かう。
2Fは生け簀がありカウンター席がメインの海鮮居酒屋という雰囲気、一方の3Fは個室が並ぶ少し落ち着いた雰囲気になっている。
座席はカウンター、テーブル、個室等の様々なタイプがあり100席超はありそうな印象だったが、見た感じほぼ全席が埋まっているような状況であった。
比較的人が集まるエリアのようなので、週末の夕食の時間帯であれば予約をしてからの来店がオススメ。
＜オススメのメニューは？＞
今回初めて利用する店舗なのでオススメというよりは広島の地のものを中心にオーダーしてみた。
「魚樽升盛り4人前（3360円）」、「牡蠣天ぷら（850円）」、「牡蠣クリームコロッケ（580円）」、「殻付き蒸し牡蠣（1140円）」、「メバル塩焼き（1650円）」、「ハムカツ（550円）」、「あさり酒蒸し（750円）」、「がんす（500円）」、「穴子白焼き（1180円）」、「牡蠣フライ（850円）」、「牡蠣天ぷら（850円）」、「ホルモン天ぷら（720円）」、「鶏の唐揚げ（550円）」の計13品をオーダー、ドリンクはサワーや酎ハイなどに加えて広島の地酒「賀茂金秀 特別純米（800円）」、「蓬莱鶴 特悦純米（800円）」をオーダーした。
また、日本酒も広島の地酒を中心に一般的な居酒屋にしては比較的種類豊富に取り揃えられており、刺身などと一緒に楽しむ事が出来る。
なお、注文は携帯から行う事が出来るのでいちいちスタッフの方を呼んだりする手間もなく使い方さえ覚えれば気軽に好きなタイミングでオーダー出来るシステムになっている。
＜まとめ＞
今回はリピートオーダーも含めて計15品、ドリンクもサワーやチューハイ、そして広島の地酒などをそれなりに頼み、4名でしっかりと満腹になりトータルで23000円程度。
1人あたり6000円弱なので、それなりに飲んで食べた割にはまあまあな金額という印象。
料理のレベルもまあまあという感じではあるが、牡蠣料理が充実していたり広島の地酒を多く取り揃えているという点では県外から来た人の胃袋を満たすのには悪くない選択肢。
また、席のタイプもワイワイガヤガヤ系の居酒屋スタイルからちょっと落ち着いた個室まであるので、ビジネスでもプライベートでも家族・子連れでも気にせずに使える点もありがたい。
本格的な料理のレベルを求めると少々物足りないが、様々なシチュエーションで安定して使えるワンランク上の居酒屋さんというイメージであった。
