広島に来て、牡蠣を食べたいと思いお邪魔しました。
まずは穴子の白焼きをオーダー（穴子刺しを食べたかったが売り切れ）
ウナギとは違い、弾力ある食感ですがあっさりした味でおろしとわさびでいただきます。
お酒にとても合います。
メインの牡蠣ガンガン焼き
缶ごと牡蠣を直火で蒸し焼きにする漁師料理みたいです
カンカンが変化してガンガンとなったみたいです
こちらも大きさ、ぷりっぷりっで美味しいです。
ちょっと、あっさりした味なので醤油を少したらしていただきます。
とても満足でした
