広島に泊まる際、定宿にしているＡＮＡクラウンプラザホテルに宿泊した際の朝食に利用。いつも１階のレストランの洋食バイキングにしてしまうが、何回か利用したなかで初めて５階にある和朝食が食べれる「雲海」さんへ。
日本庭園が広がる窓際の席で、4人用のテーブル席をひとりでゆったり。１階レストランの席も別に悪くはないが、こういう街なかの喧騒と離れ静寂で落ち着いた雰囲気は良い。
仲居さんに焼魚の種類を聞かれて「鮭」を、お粥とご飯はご飯をチョイス。サラダとコーヒー、紅茶はご自由にどうぞとのこと。サラダは少し控えめに取って食べているところへ朝食膳提供。
日本の朝食って感じで鮭や小鉢、海苔の佃煮とか品数豊富なお膳でご飯が進む。最近朝食ではご飯お代わりすることないのに、ついお代わり。食べ終わったところでホットコーヒーを飲んで、、よし、今日も気合いを入れて。。
