ANAクラウンプラザホテルに宿泊しました。朝食はバイキング形式と和定食の２種類から選べます。今日は、５階の「日本料理 雲海」さんでの和定食を選びました。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、横には日本庭園を見ることができます。この庭園は縮景園を模したものだそうで、良い感じです。
焼き魚は、「鮭」、「ふぐ」、「サバ」の３種類から選ぶことができます。今日は、鮭にしました。着席して５分ほどで料理が運ばれてきました。内容は写真のとおりで、なかなかのボリュームです。その中でも、里芋を揚げ浸しにした料理はとても美味しく頂きました。鮭のハラスも旨味たっぷりの脂でちょうど良い塩加減。切干し大根の味付けも良い。さすがホテルの和食屋さん。
※梅干し美味しかったけど、メチャクチャ酸っぱかった〜！（文句ではありません）
