瀬戸内海や山陰から仕入れた、天然の活魚を提供する寿司の老舗店。先代から受け継いできた伝統のしそ穴子は、ふっくらした柔らかい穴子とたっぷりのシソが挟み込まれている。口の中で寿司が広がるにつれ、爽やかさとジューシー感に満たされる。また、手際よくさばいたイカは透明度が高く、甘みも深い。ほか、常時40〜50種のにぎり寿司などもある。
