勤務先近くにて～

本当に感動するくらい美味しかった。
ラードで周りをカリっと仕上げるのもまたよい。
そばを唐辛子を練り込んだからいやつにできるのもまたよい。
マジで美味しすぎました、また食べたいです。
国泰寺焼を注文。麺が細くて驚く。表面は香ばしく焼いてあり食感がサクサクしていて面白いが若干作りが雑で天かすなどが固まって入っている。味は広島では普通かな

結構しめられている、でも麺はパリパリではなく、やわらかい。
魚粉等で味は濃いめ、だけど自分の『お好焼』のイメージとは合わない。
時短で焼けて、回転は良さそう。
