当然ながら、広島風お好み焼きを頂きました。
ちょっとキャベツに水分が多いかな？という感じ。
一番感動したのは、うにほうれん！以前テレビで広島名物と言っていたが、過去訪れた広島の店では一切おめにかかるおおよができず漸く食べることが出来ました。結論から言うとやっぱウニは生で白ごはんの上に載せるのが一番かな
明日から大阪出張なので、関西風と広島風を比較してみます。
