Our store mainly serves Japanese sake, but we also have a wide selection of beer, shochu, whiskey, wine, plum wine, and more. Beer is served in Arita-yaki beer vessels, so you can enjoy the look as well. (See photo) We offer rare Ichiro's malt whisky. We have a wide selection of sake from all over the country, carefully selected by the owner. There may be some items that are not on the menu, but we will switch to another brand as soon as we run out, so you can enjoy encountering new sake every time you visit.

Seitai has a wide variety of sake from all over the country, but only one is local sake from Hiroshima. ``Tenpoichi'', which is made at a sake brewery in Fukuyama City, is a brand that the owner, who is well versed in Japanese sake, has unwavering trust in. The sake is brewed using ancient water that flows 200 meters underground, and is characterized by the soft sourness of the rice and just the right amount of sharpness. By pairing it with food, the flavors meld together, creating an exquisite dish that increases in flavor the more you drink it. It's a cup that you'll want to take your time to enjoy.

We are proud of our stylish atmosphere, which makes it easy for women to stop by alone. Counter seats are recommended for those who want to enjoy sake and food alone or for a date.
