久しぶりに訪問しましたが、70代半ばになっても現役バリバリでラーメン作ってるおかあさんには脱帽です。
スープがしっかりと作られており、豚骨の濃厚さが抜群です。
ブレも多少ありますが、ブレも良さのひとつですね。
