袋町はブックオフの裏通り。ニューウェイブ系汁なし坦々麺と
勝手に位置づけている「麻沙羅」のお隣り。
「無名塾」という名前から、仲代達矢みたいな威圧感のある主人が
作務衣で包丁を振るう光景を想像。ビビリながら階段で2階へ。
重くて建付けの悪い引き戸を開けると、
作りは典型的な居酒屋ですが、店内にはジャズが流れています。
出迎えは眼光鋭い仲代ではなく、愛想のいい小柄なお姐さん。
ほっとひと安心です。
700円のランチは日替わりの若鶏唐揚げと焼き魚（塩サバ）の2種類。
サバは好きではないので自動的に唐揚げとなります。
お姐さんがオーダーを通すと、太くて低い男性の声が！
仲代か？いや『影武者』かもしれんと、奥を覗こうとしていたら料理が到着。
唐揚げ、小鉢2品、ご飯（お替り自由）、味噌汁、漬物という構成です。
提供までが速かったので唐揚げは作り置きと思われますが、
ちゃんと温かいまま。しかし小ぶりの物が6個とボリュームに乏しく
塩の振りすぎでカナリしょっぱい。
白いご飯は進みますが、そのお茶碗が小さすぎ。
どれぐらい小さいかというと、
対立するヤクザ一家の双方に『用心棒』として自分を売り込もうと、
浪人“桑畑三十郎”がウロチョロ動き回る上州の宿場町、
そこでサイコロ賭博に使われる壷よりミニサイズ。
何度もお替りを頼むのは気が引けるし、
短銃をチラつかせる危ない“新田の卯之助”が出てくると困るので1回でガマン。
しかし、お替りの盛りも少ないなー。
「お米はコシヒカリを使っています」とアピールしているのに、
なぜもっとサービスしないんだろう。
これで700円は高いですね。
ほかの居酒屋なら鶏の唐揚げなんか、てんこ盛りで出てきますよ。
味で差別化ができていると思っているのかな。
だとしたら甘い！どれぐらい甘いかというと、
城内の悪事を一掃しようと決起するも、あまりのノープランぶりに
何度も命を落としかけ、「危なっかしくて見てられねえ」と
『椿三十郎』を呆れさせる若侍たちより考えが甘～い！
12時半前の入店でしたが、お客さんは4人組のビジネスマンのみ。
店名の由来は知りませんが、無名のまま終わらないことを祈ります。
おっと難癖ばかりつけていると、悪党一味No.1の剣の使い手
“室戸半兵衛”の怒りを買ってしまいます。
“三十郎”のように一撃で仕留める自信がないのでこのへんで。
「お前はさっきから何を言っているんだ!?」とお怒りの方は、

ヤンチャな仲代から渋～い仲代までを、お腹いっぱいご堪能ください。
