Mumeijuku is a 2-minute walk from Fukuromachi Station on the Hiroshima Electric Railway. Mumeijuku Co., Ltd. [Establishment date unknown, founded in 2009, CEO: Kyoji Tanisaka] It is a large restaurant with 50 seats. I was a little surprised because I didn't know the size of the restaurant until I entered the restaurant on the second floor. I ordered Mumeijuku's [Daily Special] Lunch (850 yen including tax). 1. Chicken Tempura 2. Fried eggplant 3. Potato salad 4. White rice 5. Clear soup 6. Pickles Coffee is included for an additional 100 yen. They must have prepared a large amount, as it was served in about 5 minutes, but the temperature of the chicken Tempura was a little warm and not freshly fried. Since there are many customers, they probably have a system in place to plate and serve immediately. It may be that they value speed and volume over taste. Thank you for the meal.
