かけうどん冷や小（290円）
白だしとり天（140円）
ランチで訪問。入り口直ぐ右側のカウンターで、かけうどんの冷やの小（１玉）をお願いする。
トレーを手に取り奥のレジに進みつつ、ちくわ天やかき揚げなどの天ぷら類をまじまじと眺めていると、白だしとり天なるメニューを発見。隣には通常のとり天もスタンバイしている中、とても気になりついつい手を伸ばし合わせてお願いする。
うどん出汁は昆布や鰹節などで抽出した旨味に、カエシをブレンドした醤油の香りや酸味が立つ味わいで、スッキリとしたキレのある風味が広がる。かけうどんの出汁で醤油ベースなのは珍しい。
うどんはコシが強くもちもちとした食感の剛麺系。うどん自体に味はないものの、出汁にマッチするとともにつるつるとした喉越しが最高。
とり天は揚げたてのサクサク食感で、香ばしさと白だしの旨味が口中に広がる。鶏ムネ肉のジューシーな旨味も広がり抜群においしい。ベジフルーツオイルを使用しているとのことで、カリッとヘルシーな味わいがうどんにマッチする。
