広島グルメ⑧ 麺屋 麻沙羅
原爆ドームから徒歩5分ほど、広島のご当地グルメでおなじみの“汁なし坦々麺”を提供する専門店です。
着いたのは12時頃、外で3組ほど並んでいましたが、回転率が良くすぐに入店できました。
外にある食券機では「四川⭐︎」を購入。店員さんにお渡しするときに、辛さ3・痺れ3でオーダーしました。
5分ほどしたらカウンター越しに配膳されます。
具材は肉そぼろに水菜と至ってシンプル、
まじぇまじぇしてタレをよく絡めたらいただきます。
麺は中細平打ち麺で、モチモチ食感が特徴的です。タレがよく絡み、スパイスの複層的な味わいが広がります。
それに唐辛子のキリッとした辛さと花椒の痺れるような刺激がプラス。
なかなか独創性溢れるメニューですが、これが結構クセになる！
半分ほど食べ進めたら半熟卵を投入して、マイルドな味変も楽しめます。
締めにはライスを追加注文して、まぜごはんにするのも◎
最後まで美味しくいただきました。
