原爆ドームの傍に移転オープンしたお店。
以前は平和公園前にありました。
美味しくてサービスも良かった記憶があるので、
入ってみましょうかね。
真っ赤なカープ色のカウンター席。
そういや玄関マットもカープ坊やだったな。
テーブル席は入り口付近と奥にあります。
切り盛りするのは板前さんと接客担当の女性のみ。
とても気持ちのいい接客です (*´∇｀*)
ランチメニューはこんな感じ（値段は税込）。
・煮込みハンバーグ750円
・サバの味噌煮込み750円
・若鶏唐揚げ750円
・ステーキ定食1,000円
サラダ、温野菜、だし巻き玉子、ご飯、味噌汁、香の物付。
ご飯のお替りは100円、大盛は無料です。
移転前は、とろろが付いていたり、
ご飯も白米 or 雑穀米がお替り可でしたが、
やっぱり家賃が高くなったからでしょうか (￣∇￣;)
オーダーした煮込みハンバーグが来ましたよ。
ワンプレートでの提供に変わってますね。
ご飯を大盛にしてもらったので、一番存在感があります。
温野菜はカボチャ、インゲン、カブ。
味噌汁の具は大根、玉ネギ、ネギ。
ハンバーグはやや小ぶりですが、
肉の味がギュッと詰まっており、ソースも美味。
味噌汁は相変わらずいいダシ出てますね。
どの一品も丁寧な仕事がなされていて、
レベルが高いです。再訪決定！ごちそうさまでした。
メニューが少ないのが若干気になるなー。
この界隈はランチ激戦区だし、
以前みたいに日替わりを加えられてはいかがかと。
