Founded in 2012, the owner is Mr. Hobara. There are 27 seats in total, with 7 counter seats and 20 table seats. The restaurant is run by the owner alone, probably because it is lunch time. It seems that they are promoting Hiroshima specialties such as Oyster, conger eel, and beef kou-ne. Lunch is only a daily set meal (800 yen including tax) [It happened to be sunny on this day, so it was 50 yen off, making it 750 yen including tax] ① Sautéed young chicken ② Boiled young chicken meatballs ③ Radish sprouts with sesame dressing salad ④ Red tuna marinated in soy sauce & yellowtail marinated in soy sauce ⑤ Macaroni & egg salad ⑥ Chawanmushi ⑦ Clear soup ⑧ Pickles ⑨ White rice ⑩ Sesame bean paste? Dumplings There are quite a lot of items and they are carefully made, so it is a good deal compared to the price. In a way, it feels like they just had six appetizers lined up... (*´艸｀) Among them, ② Young Chicken Boiled Meatballs was the best. The flavor was a little strong, but it was a simple meatball with a good chicken flavor. This is a good restaurant for everyday use.
