Etajima Enjoyment Course with all-you-can-drink included (5,500 yen) Visited for a drinking party. Make a reservation and be guided to a table in front of the counter. We ordered the Etajima Enjoyment Course, which includes all-you-can-drink, and enjoyed the draft beer we ordered along with a set of three appetizers. Refill your beer while enjoying 3 types of marinated wild vegetables, Fried food white fish, and firefly squid marinated in vinegar and miso. Then the main sashimi platter arrived. While being fascinated by the shapes of flounder and squid, we enjoyed amberjack, sea bream, sea bass, and flounder and squid. It is extremely fresh, has a good texture, and is exquisite. The beer is flowing rapidly. Next is the island Ajillo in a small pot. The white meat, squid, and scallops are mixed with garlic, oil, and breadcrumbs, and the rich flavor matches baguette. Steamed clams with sake has a deep flavor with a refreshing soup stock made from lemon. The squid that was in the previous sashimi reappears in Tempura along with bamboo shoots and firefly squid. Tempura goes well with the salt and goes great with beer. Finish off with sea bream kamameshi. The steamy sea bream meat goes well with the charred flavor. The flavor of the soup stock is irresistible and the rice is also delicious. Very satisfied with the fresh seafood from Etajima. Enjoy beer to your heart's content.
