うにホーレンはウニとほうれん草の炒め物で鰹節とトビコを散らしています。
ホルモンの天ぷらは長いのでカットしてピリ辛ダレ。とってもジューシー。
定番のコウネはすね肉のスライスで、脂のコクと旨味があります・
テベラはカレイのような小さな魚が二枚。マヨ醤油で。
アナゴの刺身は珍しく、淡白でシッカリとした食感があって美味しい。
坦々牡蠣鍋は大ぶりな牡蠣が結構入っていてお得感満載ですね。
大衆的な居酒屋さんですが、広島県内外のグルメが一度に楽しめるのは良いと思います。
