②広島牛ヒレステーキ(レア) 肉質は軟らかく旨みもありますが、ジューシーと言うほどではありません 仕方ありませんが冷蔵庫から出して直ぐに焼くと脂の溶け出しが鈍いですね

牛肉を卒業した身なので、ちょっと戸惑ったのですが、ランチに伺うお店の選択肢もかなり少なくなってきたので、意を決して訪問。
ビルの2階に上がり、何故か胡蝶蘭が沢山。
3月オープンした「青ひげ本店」さんのお祝いの花らしい。
店内は中央に調理用の鉄板焼き台があり、その回りのカウンター8席、テーブル4席×3卓で合計20席。
個人的には高級和牛を謳うお店については、焼く前にこれから使う個体の識別番号は提示して貰いたいと願っています。
国産牛は全て個体識別番号が付いているので、身元不明な牛はありません。
A4ランク相当の牛肉を提供と言うならば、その証明書を提示して欲しいものです。
今回はお肉も軟らかく、食後に胃持たれもなかったので、触れ込みは本当だと思います。
ランチステーキセットとお飲み物でお会計は4,700円也。
