日曜日に所用で広島に来た際のランチタイム利用です。店を選んだ理由は降りたバス停と目的地の間にあったから。(￣▽￣;) 東京油組とは凄い名前ですねぇ～
油そばの専門店みたいですね。入口の側に券売機があります。どんな味か分からないのでとりあえず「油そば（並）・８２０円」をチョイス。
私は選びませんでしたがトッピングメニューのボタンも色々あります。それにしても半熟卵の１００円、メンマの１５０円はともかくマヨネーズの５０円というボタンがあるのには驚きました。(￣▽￣;)
麺が太いので茹で時間は少々あります。
さて、完成した油そばですがジャンキーなイメージでしたが意外と小奇麗なビジュアルです。
ここまますぐ食べるのではなく卓上の説明書きによるとボトルに入っている酢とラー油を丼に２周（並の場合）回しかけるとのこと。
指示通り酢とラー油を入れます。ついでにこれまた卓上にあるタマネギの微塵切りを小さじ２杯分いれました。そしてよくかき混ぜる。
実食。
なるほど。麺は太いですが柔らかめな食感です。ワシワシ食べる感じではありません。全体的に優しい味です。やや物足らない感じがしたのでラー油を追加で１周。
油そばはワイルドな食べ物というイメージですがこの手のものを食べる時の背徳感はあまり感じませんでした。(^^) 随所にこだわりを感じますが総じて上品なイメージでややインパクトには欠けるかもですね。
