 広島市ではそこそこ有名なお好み焼き屋です。滅多に来ない地区でもあるし夜の鉄板焼き的なメニューも豊富なようなので仕事終わりに寄ってみました。

 鉄板の前のカウンター席に陣取り瓶ビール。中瓶で700円。
まず注文したのはコウネ(牛の肩バラ肉)950円。最近は焼き肉屋だけではなく鉄板焼き系のお好み焼き屋でもメニュー化され食べれる店が多くなっています。

 解凍したコウネをアルミホイルに載せて塩胡椒をバッチリ利かせて焼いてくれます。コウネ独特の歯ごたえもあり悪くありませんがやはり焼き肉屋で食べるほうが美味しいですかね。量の割に割高感もあります。

 2品目はコイワシの鉄板焼き。900円。オリーブオイルとニンニクで冷凍のコイワシを炒めます。ある意味、即興のオイルサーディンとも言えますね。コイワシも13匹入っています。(* ̄∀ ̄) この日食べた中ではこの料理が一番イケました。

 3品目はお好み焼きにしようかと思っていましたがメニュー名が気に入った「観音ネギたっぷりのとん平焼き」にしました。850円。

 確かにネギはたっぷりです。揚げ玉も多めに入っています。悪くはありませんがこういうネギ焼き的な料理はソースよりも醤油の方が合うなと個人的には思いました。(* ̄∀ ̄)

 角ハイボールは600円。合計で4150円。居酒屋で飲むよりも高くつきましたね。(* ̄∀ ̄)
