今、niko and…で
紅虎餃子房のグッズを売っていて、
「そう言えば、以前渋谷で行ったなぁ。
何十年ぶりか…」と思い出しました。
（今見たら『タイガー餃子会館』に
業態変更してる模様。）
広島だと、白島キューガーデン内に
あるようです。妙に前時代の香りのするエリア。
味はともかく、こちらの内装は
好きなんです。90年代に流行った風な。
日替わりが麻婆豆腐+唐揚げだったので
無理かな、と思い餃子ランチにしました。
これがデカい。一つが台湾バナナ位の大きさの
餃子が６つ。ライスと卵スープと搾菜付き。
ただ、大きさのためか
私の好きなカリッと揚げ焼き風でなく
皮が餡から離れてクタってました。
これをご飯と食べ続けるのは
結構しんどいです。主食をおかずに
主食を食べる、追い炭水化物状態。
せめてスープを大盛にして欲しかった。
餃子の普通サイズを20個食べれる位の
人なら、大丈夫かもしれません。
