A charcoal-grilled restaurant that mainly serves yakitori, located right next to the Hiroshima Electric Railway's Dobashi tram stop. I've passed by the store many times, but this was my first time. I sat down, was served an appetizer, and ordered a bottle of beer. When I looked at the menu, I decided to eat the charcoal-grilled ``Ippu specialty'' that was listed first. Unfortunately, Solires was out of stock, so I ordered the remaining three.・White liver This is definitely the one, it melts in your mouth.・Homemade yuzu meatballs (sauce) As the name suggests, it has a distinctive yuzu aroma.・Green pepper cheese meatballs. It is characterized by peppers, lots of cheese and bacon. It's aimed at young people, but I think even older people will enjoy it if they like cheese. I decided to drink sake here.・Liquor limited to restaurants “Kirei Mannen” Easy to drink. After that, I ordered some yakitori. I especially liked "Hatsumoto". This was so delicious that I could easily eat 5 or 6 pieces. However, since quantities are limited, I hesitated and ordered just one more bottle. Honestly, there seems to be individual differences. Since I had other places I wanted to go, I paid the bill with enough time left over. The female staff members are also very efficient in taking orders, and the chef himself brings the grilled Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) to the table himself.She is young and very active. (I'm jealous ( ´∀｀ ) The general seems to be unfriendly at first glance, but after talking with him, it turns out that's not the case. It was a restaurant where even one person could easily enter.
