I had a hard time finding a Sushi in Hiroshima, so I found this one on Tabelog and made a reservation. I went there without any prior information, but the owner was wearing a topknot, and there were so many new things that I couldn't experience at other Sushi restaurants. When it comes to Sushi, it's all about addition, and this is a restaurant that takes on new challenges by adding something to Sushi. You can get quite a lot of pieces for this price, so it's a good value store. You may either like or dislike the chef's personality and the new style of Sushi, but this is a Sushi where you can enjoy a unique experience.
