私は大のホルモン好きで、地元に帰るとよく行くお店の一つが「ぶち」です。広島市内で展開するチェーン店で、お店の雰囲気的には若者に人気があるお店だと思います。
広島は割とホルモンを食べる文化があるのですが、地域によってはホルモン苦手という人もいますね。 私の知り合いで、特に関東で出会った人は、ホルモンが苦手という人が結構いるような気がします。
ぶちは実家の近くにあるので、家族でもたまに食べに行くお店です。お肉は種類によってタレ、塩コショウ、レモンで頂きます。
ここはホルモンが上質というわけではありませんが、お手頃価格でホルモンを味わえます。
お酒のおつまみでキャベツとキムチを注文。
今回は上カルビ、上ロースを注文しました。お肉も柔らかくて美味しいです。
待ってましたのホルモン。ホルモンって意外とカロリー低いんですよね。価格も安いし、肌にもいいし、最高です。
お肉を食べるとやっぱり幸せになりますね。
ぶちは訪問客には若い人が多いです。理由は、安くてそれなりに美味しいからでしょうね。
また、広島の場合、お肉のグレードを上げるなら”明月”がおススメですね。
