It was Sunday and the surrounding restaurants were closed or fully booked, so we went here. We had passed by it a few times, but it was on the second floor of a hotel called Sejour Fujita and advertised as fusion cuisine, so we hesitated to go in. By the way, this area is a love hotel district, and the restaurant is a little behind it. When we actually looked at the menu, unlike the fusion cuisine, it was mostly Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu lol. In other words, it was the quintessential Japanese dish lol. We started with edamame peperoncino, then grilled squid with sauce, salt-grilled pork belly, salt-grilled Atka mackerel, and finished off with grilled Ramen. The squid and pork belly were cut into large pieces and were quite tasty. The staff were all nice.
