(The 6th floor has an okonomiyaki square.) On the 3rd floor here, there is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) called [a:34002959, Umami Karaage and Izaka Meshi Miraizaka Hiroshima Station South Exit]. First time using this. We ate assorted Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), crunchy pasta, beef heart sashimi, and beef bone Ramen. The result was delicious, so I'd like to share it with you. ○Date and time of use: April 2021 ○Why I chose this restaurant: In this building, in front of the elevator, I found a notice saying that highballs were 199 yen and draft beer was 299 yen. I was drawn to this information and decided to enter this store. ○Atmosphere of the shop When you walk in front of the shop, you will notice that although it is located on the third floor, it feels like a Japanese-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Personally, I felt that the structure of the store gave it a nice atmosphere that anyone could use easily and comfortably. ○Shop Layout I usually observe the layout of the store and the number of seats, but it was quite large and I couldn't see around me. I understand that there are no counter seats, but I can't even count the number of seats. →When I looked at the seats and facilities on Tabelog, there were 223 seats. →Although it is not a private room space, it seems that each room is separated. →This time I used it alone, but it's quite spacious so if it's not crowded, you can use it alone. Although noisy activities are strictly prohibited, the inside of the store is quite spacious and is designed so that you don't have to worry about the customers next to you. 〇Customer service attitude The young lady who served me was rated as "good" for her customer service attitude. When I say customer service, it's only when they're seated, serving food, and paying the bill, but I was impressed by the friendly customer service. *It's true that I was relieved to come here when I was tired from various things and had good customer service. 〇All orders are made using a touch panel, reflecting the current times. Small in quantity. And it came with yuzu miso. Personally, I like to eat raw cabbage with Yakiniku (Grilled meat) or sprinkled with salt, but if you're in a village, follow the village. It was delicious with yuzu miso. If I have to complain, it's the small amount. I want more raw cabbage. Is delicious. ■[b: 4 types of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) (excluding tax) 599 yen] Assortment of 4 types of chicken skin, bonjiri, cartilage, and green onion. I won't give individual ratings, but it's juicy, has a good texture, and has a good taste. Of course it goes well with beer. It was definitely delicious Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). ■[b: Crispy Pasta (excluding tax) 299 yen] This crispy pasta was really delicious. It has some kind of powder on it, and this powder is the best. The powder was salty and had a strong taste. The length is estimated to be 25 to 26 cm, and when I counted the number, I thought there were exactly 100, but there were 4 shorter ones. I also admired the beauty of the crunchy pasta served in the glass. ■[b: Beef heart sashimi (excluding tax) 299 yen] What arrived was 6 pieces of sashimi, a small amount of grated garlic and ginger. This also comes with a special sauce for the sliced onions. It looks soft, but when you eat it, it has a firm texture. Also, perhaps due to its freshness, it has no animal odor and is easy to eat. I also liked that the sauce was thick. The beef heart sashimi I had here was delicious. I'm satisfied. ■[b: Beef bone Ramen (excluding tax) 599 yen] First, a word. I ordered beef bone Ramen thinking it wouldn't be expensive at 658 yen including tax, but when I looked at the bowl of Ramen that arrived, it was honestly small (I couldn't help but smile). The size of the bowl is estimated to be around 12 to 13 cm in diameter. Aside from that, when you look at this Ramen, the first thing you notice is that the soup is creamy in color. The rest is minced meat topped with chives, green onions, and sesame seeds. When you eat this, the soup tastes good. The beef bone stock blends well into the soup. Each of the ingredients plays a role, and it adds a nice crunch to the dish when you eat it. I wonder what the noodles are... I would rate it as average. Although the quantity was small, the taste was good.
