府中焼きに初挑戦。
どうも。どうもどうも。
さて今日は広島市民から教えて貰った「府中焼き」の「としのや」さんにお伺いしました！
カリカリ食感が大好きなので、「黒」を注文。
さてさてお味の方を…と金属性のヘラで、切ろうとしたのですが、予想以上にカチカチで弾き返されてしまいました。。そんな馬鹿な…(笑)
硬い物を切る覚悟で体重をかけて挑まないと切れない硬さ。しかし、食べたら丁度良いカリカリ具合で、やみつきにw
ラーメンは硬麺、食パンは焦げ目必須、カレーパンやフライドポテトやたこ焼きはカリカリ派なんて方はきっとハマること間違いなし。
しかも安い！！
広島駅から徒歩だとちょっと遠い気もしますが、価格が安いので良しとしましょう。
楽天で地方発送もしているので、そちらもチャレンジしたいと思います。
雰囲気とサービスは、満足もしないし、不満もない、至って普通のため真ん中の2.5評価としています。

としのやさんも３回目の来店となりました。
最初は黒の「としのや焼き A」で◎。
2回目は黒の「としのや焼き B」で△。
今回は意外な所で元としのやスタッフだった方と知り合いになり、その方から「あぶりねぎマヨが一番美味しいよ。」と教えて頂いていたので、迷わず「あぶりねぎマヨ」を注文。
「ねぎ」と「マヨ」が好きな方は間違いなくコレにしましょう。

３回目にして１番美味しいのに出会えました。
広島出張の楽しみが１つ増えました！
広島出張の際は「広島風お好み焼き」よりも断然「府中焼き」をおすすめいたします(笑)
