広島のお好み焼きには色々ありまして。
呉焼き、竹原焼き、尾道焼き、三原焼き、世羅焼き…
それぞれ具材や仕上げ方など、微妙にレシピが違って面白い。このお店は府中焼きのお店。
昔から何度もお邪魔していましたが、いつも写真を撮り忘れていて…やっと投稿ができます。
府中焼きは豚肉の代わりにミンチを使用。
これがまたパリッと仕上がるんです。黒焼きがおすすめ。
外パリッ、中ふわの典型。軽いのでお酒にもよく合いますし、お酒も進みます^_^
あー、幸せ〜^_^
チェーン店なので行き先によってお店を使い分けれるのも嬉しい^_^
普通の広島のお好み焼きももちろん美味しいですが、これはこれで美味！
違ったジャンルの美味しさです。
お好み焼き以外の鉄板焼きメニーもあって飲み会にもバッチリ。しかも財布にも優しい^_^
