広島出張でお好み焼きを2日で3枚食べたので、もうお好み焼きは食べられない!ってことで前日に見つけた駅前横丁の「さいらい」さんへ。店は予約客でいっぱいですが、隣接するカウンターで大将と語らいながら飲み。予約しておいてよかった。
・刺身(たこ、いか、サーモン)
・ホルモンピリ辛焼き
まず刺身は広島のたこ、いかに加えてサーモンの盛り合せ、
ホルモンピリ辛焼きは「昭和41年創業時以来の秘伝のタレで焼きよるん」らしく、店の三大名物ということで迷わず注文。
喉を潤すためにレモンサワー、刺身に合わせて賀茂鶴、ホルモンに合わせて生ビールを合わせました。
たこもいかも新鮮でぷりぷり、サーモンも脂が乗って美味しくて最高です。
ホルモンピリ辛焼きは創業時以来の名物というだけあって美味い。生ビールとよく合います。
と言っていたら、小鰯をおろしてなかったけど食べる?ってお誘いで迷わず注文。
・小鰯の刺身
むっちゃ脂が乗っていて美味しい。日本酒とよく合います。
そして仲良くなった常連の方に誘われてさいらいむすび。
・韓国海苔のさいらいむすび
ごま油付きの韓国海苔でさっぱり。小さいから6個食べちゃいました。
味も雰囲気も最高。広島来たら必ず伺います。
