Food Okonomiyaki
A large amount of cabbage is thoroughly steamed on an iron plate to bring out the sweetness of the cabbage. The raw noodles are boiled and then grilled on a hot iron plate to give them a crispy texture, and on top of that, the twin eggs are added to give them a soft, soft-boiled texture, making for a delicious Okonomiyaki that you can enjoy over and over again! It's served on a piping hot iron plate, so you can eat it with a spatula! Please come to the end of our store!
Food Butter-grilled oysters
During the season, we use oysters from a brand called Ondo no Kakimusume. Although Oyster are small in size, they are caught in beautiful waters, so they have a rich flavor without any stickiness. The season is from December to April. We also serve frozen Oyster even outside of the season.
SpaceSuitable for group customers
The second floor can accommodate up to 16 people (6 seats x 24 seats x 1). Can be reserved for 12 or more people. We recommend a discounted course for groups.
Food baked potato salad
During the season, we use potatoes grown in the red soil of Akitsu to make potato salad. Potato salad is grilled on a griddle with pork and eggs, then topped with cheese and grilled. Be sure to try our original baked potato salad! !
