広島駅近くで「1人で静かに食事できる店はないかな〜」と
検索して目に付いたのがこちら。
エキニシで新しく開業されたカウンター数人のみの和食屋さんです。
店主1人で回していて、知る人のみ知るといった雰囲気。
料理はおまかせコースのみ3000円なんですが、色々出てきてこのお値段は立派！
前菜は木箱に入った盛り合わせ、丁寧に作ってあってお酒が進みます。
お造りは全て炙り。バーナーを使っていたり本山葵ではありませんが
このお値段でそれ以上の要求は無理。
かき揚げは油の質が良く、何よりびっくりしたのが最後の蕎麦。
コレは美味い！！
特別な蕎麦打ち修行はされていないとの事でしたが
これ程の物はなかなか食べられませんよ。
