平日のディナータイムに訪問。
広島での晩に、同僚と夕食にエキニシにある「すし博」にお伺いしました。
場所は、JR広島駅南口をでて、左手に向い、徒歩5分くらい。ちょっとディープな古民家が並ぶ再開発エリア。
いま、このエリアがおしゃれ飲食店街にさまがわりしています。
このエリアは細い路地に、小さな居酒屋、ワインバー、お寿司屋、ビストロ、沖縄料理屋など、いろんな、それもちょっとおしゃれお店が立ち並んでいます。
ユニークな店揃いにワクワクしますね♪
広島にこんなエリアがあるとはビックリ‼︎
今日は同僚に、美味しいお魚が食べられるこちらの「すし博」さんへ連れてきてもらいました。
到着すると店舗は清潔感のあるきれいなお寿司屋さんです。店内は、ワンフロアの大きめのテーブル席4つとカウンター6席があり。
＜Food＞
■お通し サヨリのタタキ
初めての味。炙った香ばしさが活きてます。
■刺し身盛り合わせ (1人前) 2,000円
7種のお魚のお刺身が2切れずつ。それと玉子焼きが付きます。
お刺身は、生サバ、鯵、アオリイカ、シャコ、タコなどなど。新鮮で文句なしのお味です。
また、玉子焼きが手作りっぽさがあり、ほどよい甘さでめちゃ美味しい❤︎

珍しいところで、鯨カツをオーダー。
赤身の鯨は臭みもなく、good。
■生牡蠣
