広島ボッチ旅の最終日のランチにお伺いしました
昨日来た、『秀』さんが入ってるビルの同じフロアをウロウロしてると、店のお姉さんに声をかけて貰った、こちらのお店が気になってしまいました。事前に食べログで調べたリストには入ってないのですが、フロア2周目にして吸い込まれました(笑)
先客は４名ですが、気付くと満席状態なのは、昨日と同じです。
まずは、生ビールとお好み焼きを注文。すぐに飲み干して、追加オーダーをしたタイミングで気づいたのが、メニューにある『せんじがら』。
お姉さんに聞いたら、広島名物でオススメとの事で、即注文。提供後、お姉さんから『どうですか？』と聞かれましたが、予想以上の旨さと口一杯な状態もあり、懸命に頷くのが精一杯。これはクセになる仕上がりです。
もちろん、お好み焼きも旨かったのですが、広島のお好み焼きは店ごとに特徴があるのが面白いですね。有名店だけでなく、色々なお店にお伺いするのも旅の醍醐味だと感じました
結局、昼間から生ビール４杯も飲みましたが、これは料理が旨い証拠だと思います。
