先月オープンしたエキエバルの一店です
ほぼ満席で、客入りはエキエバルでトップクラスのように思います
◽若鶏半身揚げ(920円)
半身なので、いろいろな部位が楽しめます
味つけはしっかりしていますね。物足りなさはありません
表面はパリッと、香ばしい香りが特徴的です
◽鶏肉全種盛り(1840円)
シェアしたので全種類は食べてないですが、全体的に良かったと思います
ソースがありますけど、こちらも味がしっかりしているので出番がないかな
旨味というよりは、風味が抜けるような感じですね
◽鶏だし巻き卵(580円)
通常のだし巻きとは一味違う感じの一品
出汁が強いのかな。独特な風味を感じました
◽蒸し鶏の生春巻き(560円)
ソースがちょっと合わないかなと思います
オープンして1か月たちますが、まだバタバタしていますね
