We are proud of Okonomiyaki adding fresh noodles that are boiled just before serving for a firm texture and aroma. The most popular item is the "Shu Special," which allows you to enjoy Hiroshima classic B-class gourmet food and Japan's largest production Oyster at the same time. Two types of sauces are available: "Mitsuwa Sauce" and "Otafuku Sauce," both of which specialize in Okonomiyaki having a clean and refreshing taste. The owner also recommends the "Meidama on top of Okonomiyaki"!

We have a full Teppan-yaki menu, from Hiroshima specialties to hearty meat dishes! The recommended dish is ``koune,'' which is a rare part that can only be harvested from a single cow at 2 kg.
