広島駅近くのお好み焼き広場にあるお店。
出張帰りのシメによってきました。
たくさんあるお店の中で迷いに迷いましたが、なんとなく、吸い込まれるように入店。
本当は◯光◯火に行こうかと考えてましたが、並んでたので、新幹線の時間を考えて今回は、パス。
まずはビールを注文。
やっぱり暑い中、飲む冷えたビールは格別です。
広島でどうしても食べたかったコウネをメニューに見つけ、注文。
その他は、牡蠣のバター醤油とお好み焼きの肉たまを注文。
値段は、同じものでも、他のお店と比べても、若干安く設定されているようです。
コウネは、コクがあり、くせになる美味しさ。
牡蠣も美味しくいただけました。
お好み焼きの肉は、かなりあっさりとした味で、こってりイメージのお好み焼きとは違って、ぺろりといけました。
こってり好きには、追加でソースやマヨネーズを提供してもらえるので、調整してもらえれば、オッケイかなと。
若い夫婦でお店をやられてるみたいで、何だか、ほっこりとしました。
家族連れと思しき、お客さんには、夏休み限定と言いながら、お客さんの中学生にお好み焼き作りを少し体験させてあげたりと、お客さんを楽しませる気遣いも良い印象でした。
奥さんも綺麗で、笑顔が素敵で、また、広島に来たら、寄りたいお店になりました。
