Report to Hiroshima along Airport Street! Authentic Edomae Sushi at an affordable price. Many seasonal limited menus are now in stock ◎
We always have an overwhelming number of items that other Sushi restaurants cannot imitate, so that we can bring our customers even closer to their "I want to eat this!" We prepare delicious toppings |
There is a small Conveyor belt sushi chain called Kaito in the Kyushu region of China with over a dozen stores. This is a branch in Minamikannon, Hiroshima, and this time I went there with my family for dinner. Major Conveyor belt sushi chains are fully booked on holiday nights, but this place was so crowded that it wasn't even full. The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of a normal Conveyor belt sushi, and it's a touch panel system, so it's normal these days that there's nothing going around on the lane. However, it's nice that the food is prepared right in front of you by a chef, rather than by a shari-dama robot. I think it's mainly around 300 to 400 yen per plate. It was a bit expensive Conveyor belt sushi. However, the ingredients are definitely different from the 100 yen Conveyor belt sushi. For example, the tuna (excluding the albacore), red meat, fatty tuna, and even the tekkamaki are all bluefin tuna, and I get the impression that other than tuna, they use better quality than the 100 yen Conveyor belt sushi. On the other hand, the cheap types of toppings cost around 130 yen per plate, so it doesn't seem to be meaninglessly expensive. So this time, I tried a lot of different kinds while sharing each one with my family (^o^)ノ Overall, the toppings were larger compared to the 100 yen Conveyor belt sushi (but not at the level of large toppings). ), and the taste is clearly good. Well, I don't think it's as big as the 3-4 times price difference...(^_^;) Also, I'm glad that the wasabi is included properly under the toppings, rather than being added as an afterthought like in 100 yen Conveyor belt sushi. (Of course, you can also remove the rust.) In terms of individual ingredients, the tuna is true bluefin tuna, and the red meat, fatty tuna, and tekkamaki are all rich in flavor and delicious. However, I get the impression that even though it is medium-fatty, it doesn't have that much fat. The cheapest version of sea urchin is around 500 yen per plate, and the more expensive one is around 800 yen. I ate both, and there was a clear difference between the alum smell and the non-smell. There were many kinds of shrimp, but even the cheapest one, priced at 132 yen per plate, was quite delicious. But when I tried the expensive raw red shrimp, it was really delicious. The crab miso was cheap, but I think the crab miso itself was a bit too salty. The whelk salad gunkan has a nice texture of shellfish, and even though it's a salad gunkan, it's good that it's not cheap. I also ate salmon, Ishigaki shellfish, fried shrimp gunkan, clam miso soup, cheese Tempura, fried cartilage, etc., and they were all delicious. (The fries looked like regular frozen fries, though.) Even though they were a bit pricey, I had no complaints. Thank you for the meal~(^ー^)
