I want to eat Sushi at Kannon, and I'm thinking about which of the two restaurant I should go to. As a result, I went to Kaito Minamikannon branch. Visited around 12:30pm, there were not many cars in the parking lot. Enter the store and be guided to a counter seat. When I looked around, there were only 7 customers. Is everything okay in many ways? First, the female clerk explained that today's recommendation was Nodoguro. I'll ask you how you like it... I replied that I would take my time and think about it before ordering. The female clerk said that you can order today's specials using the touch panel, and left. Looking at the touch panel, it seems like the price is pretty good. Last time I ate in Iwakuni, the lanes were rotating and the price was reasonable, but here the lanes are not rotating. I guess it's because there was no coronavirus at that time, and I think that Sushi is not available at all restaurant now. First, we ordered the reasonably priced Isaki, Suzuki, and Sawara. All three of these items were pretty good. Next, I ordered an assortment of three types of Kuroshio tuna (lean, medium, and large fatty tuna), and an assortment of three types of high-quality fish that included red sea bream (red sea bream, red sea bream, and red sea bream) recommended by a female staff member. All of the tuna was delicious, the fatty tuna was melt-in-the-mouth, and all three types of high-quality fish were delicious. Next, I ordered boiled shrimp, engawa, grilled mackerel pressed Sushi, bigfin squid, and northern navy ship (sea urchin and salmon roe). I knew that the bigfin squid wasn't in season so it wasn't very good, and the same goes for the Northern Navy ships. The boiled shrimp and engawa were normal, and the grilled mackerel Sushi was delicious. Lastly, I ordered a California roll. This is the most satisfying dish, with a large volume and a decent taste. Although it was 11 dishes, I felt that the price was quite high, so the bill was 4,884 yen. The taste can be hit or miss depending on the toppings, so be sure to choose the toppings you are sure about.
