東京で同形態なチェーン店でありますと、変な汚い形に切られたネタや、これはヤバイだろって鮮度のネタが出たりするのだが、
こちらは流石に広島のお鮨屋さん、ネタを綺麗に切る・鮮度や管理の悪いネタは使わない、ということが出来ていた。大降りに切られたネタの数々は、このお値段ならば納得せざる得ない品ばかりだだった。
頼んだ品は、握りで一番値の張る２６２５円のお任せ握りを頼んだのであるが、もうこれだけでお腹一杯になってしまうボリュームで、回転すしと比較してもコスト・味・居心地のどれを取っても優れていると感じた。
さらに、こちらのお店では高価格帯とされるセットならば、具が（今回は浅蜊）ゴロゴロと入った汁物に、やはり同様に具がゴロゴロと入った茶碗蒸しが付いて来る、といったサービスもあって、更にお買い得感が増していたように思います。
今回特段優れていたネタを挙げれば、ウニ、だったのですが、これは旬真っ盛りの内海産の鮮度抜群で粒の立ったモノで、お値段を考えると外国産でもおかしく無いと思うのですが、この辺の手抜きの無い仕入れには、大変関心させられました。
刺身等のメニューも安い値段で置かれていて、やはりお値段以上の価値があるなといった品で（周りのお客さんが食べているのを見た限り）、一品料理メニューのラインナップは広島という地域性が感じられる構成となっている点も大変好感が持てました。
広島ではこちらの系列は結構流行っているほうだと聞きますが、それも一度足を運べばそれも納得せざる得ないなと思いました。高級鮨とは単純な比較は出来ませんが、回転すしや変な居酒屋に行くくらいならば断然こちらをお勧めします。
最後に店員同士のやり取りを見ていて、なかなかマナーという点でも店の方針が行き届いていて、好感を持てるなとも感じました。
