東京の魚がし日本一という立ち食いの寿司屋チェーンを思い出した。こことの共通点は安くてうま
い！こと。
もともと寿司は立ち食いのファストフードだったわけだから、原点に立ち戻っているともいえる。
寿司亭は立ち食いではないけれど職人さんがちゃんとにぎってくれてうまくて安い。
庶民の味方である。
回転寿司はどこも安いけれど小ぶりでネタもいいとは言えない、寿司食ったという満足感は
まったくない。だったら回転寿司など行かずもうすこし予算出すか、または２回行くところを１回に
にしてこの店に行った方が絶対お得。結果的にお得。
定番ネタとは違う季節の魚をにぎってくれるおすすめメニューもあり、これがなかなかうまい。
一品料理（酒の肴）はちょっと疑問のつくものもあるけれど、寿司屋は寿司で勝負。
お父さん、ぐるぐる回る寿司に子供と行くのやめて、この店つれて行ってあげてくださいな。
大人も子供も満足すること間違いなし。
