ツレとの久しぶりの飲み。このきゃぷてんはツレが良く行くお店らしく、前からずっと行きたかった。
広島と言えば瀬戸内、瀬戸内と言えば魚、魚と言えばきゃぷてん、とは言い過ぎかもしれないけれど、知っている人は知っている魚が美味しいお店。
で、まずは魚と思い、ハゲ（カワハギ）を刺身で注文。ツウは肝を酢醤油に溶かして食べるらしく、まずは肝を溶かす。けれど、このお店はそんなけちなことはなく、たっぷりの肝を出してくれたので酢醤油に溶かしてもまだ余る。
ツレが身で肝を巻いて食べていたので、まねして食べる。「旨〜」これが一番の感想。升酒を注文すると店主の「きゃぷてん」が、岩国の日本酒「雁木」を勧めてくる。ここは黙ってツレに従って、樽からだしたばかりの「雁木」を飲む。これが少し甘口だけど、さっぱりとして、ハゲに良くあう。
最高の夕食でした。
