I went to Capten in Minami-cho, Minami-ku. The signboard said it was open in the evening, but it was also open during the day on Saturdays and Sundays, so I decided to visit. It was 2,530 yen.I got the towel first, but the cold one came out about 5 minutes after I sat down. The slow food came in about 20 minutes. I wonder why it takes so long even though it's not crowded.The sashimi platter is one of their signature dishes and is extremely fresh and delicious. The Tempura platter was lightly battered and the ingredients were vibrant. There was tempura sauce, but I preferred salt.Today's stew was made with cutlassfish, so I guess it was average.
