比治山公園近くにある【轍 151A】さんにおじゃましました。
車を駐車する場所が分からず店内に入り聞くと
外に出て来ていただいて店の前に誘導してくださいました。
まずカウンターに着席、私には椅子が低いので
少し食べにくいかな、肉玉そばに玉子Wと大葉を追加してオーダー、キャベツは多め麺は奥の方から生麺を茹でて鉄板に持ってくるという
厨房のレイアウト上仕方がないのであろう。
調理時間は野菜を余り蒸さないので短めでした。
クーラーが効いて快適なのですが、お好み焼きにも風が吹いてくるしかも鉄板はそう熱くない
＝哀しい事になる！
食後にコーヒーがサービスで付くらしいのですがお好み焼きがまだ半分くらい残っているのに
出てきました....疑問です。
鉄板焼きにミスジ、クラシタという希少部位の肉があるらしいので次回は食べてみようかな。
